The app will generate a case number and the user will fill out the accident information including their name, location of the accident, and more. This app Integrated Amazon Web Services (S3), Google Maps Static API, and you can take a picture of the accident. Implementing these APIs is difficult but as long as you learn to read documentation, you can implement it. Many intermediate and advanced concepts like interfaces, web requests, Unity location service, and more.
